Just 35km from the Sydney CBD, the Eastern Creek site is positioned at the heart of Australia's fastest growing economic region.
The 32 hectare site lies adjacent to the well-known Australia’s Wonderland site which has been rezoned ‘employment lands’ under SEPP 59 by the Department of Urban Planning.
When completed, the surrounding Eastern Creek precinct will be the largest industrial estate in Sydney, covering over 620 hectares.
The site is in a prime location and is serviced by outstanding infrastructure, including being bordered by the new M7 orbital link and the M4 expressways.
A precinct plan was prepared and lodged in May 2004, which has now been approved.
