Situated in the industrial growth corridor bordered by the M5 expressway and the new M7 orbital link the Prestons site is in a prime position.

The 10.5 hectare site is currently zoned 4(a) General Industrial of which six hectares of the site will be developed.

A development application for subdivision has been lodged with Liverpool City Council.

Upon completion of infrastructure, the land value is expected to exceed $4million/hectare.
