The Powers Rd project comprised the refurbishment, subdivision and subsequent leasing of an older style factory and office building.

The work involved additional concrete paving, new electrical wiring throughout, raising part section of existing warehouse roof, full office refit, improved drainage and new roof sections.

Through a marketing program managed with a network of seventy agents in western Sydney the building was 100% leased within three months of completion (and 90% leased at completion). Short term industrial space is currently available for lease.
