This development involved the design and construction of a new national head office and Sydney warehousing facility for the Grace Removals Group.

The warehouse was a high-clearance facility, fully sprinklered, with level loading bays, raised docks, extensive mezzanine, truck wash, uninterrupted power supply (UPS) and extensive external concrete paving.

The office section was built to a grade A high quality finish which included the provision of most of the office fitout.

The finished building was featured in Trends magazine and was opened by the Transport Minister, the Hon. Carl Scully.
