The Powers Business Park development involved the demolition of an existing industrial facility and the construction of 75 industrial units. The facility has a total floor area of 18,334 square metres.

The 3.58 hectare site is in the midst of a well established industrial estate between Old Windsor Rd and Station Rd in Seven Hills. The area is a prosperous industrial zone, on the boundary of Blacktown and Parramatta local government areas and approximately 30km west of the Sydney CBD and within close proximity to the M2 motorway.

Development consent for the site was received in June 2004. The project value exceeded $35 million.
