This development incorporated the design and construction of a new factory and office facility. The facility was designed specifically for the tenant, Berendsen Fluid Power Pty Ltd.

The key tenant requirements included an internal five tonne crane, detailed pits and trenching, 750KVA power and wash bay facilities for trucks.

Tesrol also managed the development application for use which required a detailed environmental impact statement given the tenant’s business operations and requirement for storage of potentially hazardous fluids.

The project was completed in June 2004.
