This project involved the design and construction of a new warehouse and office distribution centre.

The development was designed specifically for Exafast Australia Pty Ltd.

Tenant requirements included internal clearance of nine metres to allow racking and storage to that height, ESFR sprinkler system and heavy duty warehouse floor for storage of metal fasteners. The tenant also requested the capacity to extend the facility by 1500m2 within the next three to five years.
