The Elizabeth St project incorporated the design and construction of a new warehouse and office distribution centre.

The development was designed specifically for Omegatrend Australia.

The first development on a larger industrial site involved site subdivision, new public road construction, extensive site drainage and stormwater works.

Specific tenant requirements for data and food products storage were incorporated into the design and managed throughout the project.
