Nigel joined the group in February 2001 and is a qualified Accountant, from a business banking background with strengths in feasibility analysis, structured property financing, risk management coupled with strong negotiation skills. Nigel has made a smooth transition from a banking environment to property development with his main focus being development management of industrial, commercial and residential projects. Nigel has managed hundreds of millions of dollars worth of projects for the Tesrol group – ranging from luxury residential through to large-scale industrial.
Qualifications:
Masters of Property Development - University of Technology Sydney
Bachelor of Commerce (Major – Accounting/Sub-Major - Finance) – University of Western Sydney
Associate Diploma Accounting, Western Sydney Institute of TAFE
Member – National Institute of Accountants
